Then after me and my roommate's time in TLF expired, we found an apartment. It was February, dead of winter, and then our POS furnace needed T/S and R/R. We didn't have any furniture because TMO couldn't deliver our household goods from storage until 1400 Monday...we found this out at COB Thursday. So the combination of the broken furnace and no furniture SNAFU led to two grown men freezing their asses off in two sleeping bags on the floor of the living room. At the time, all I thought was "IHTFP", but I've grown to love it here. The ONLY thing that made life bearable was my REALTOR. When I told her my situation, she took me to get financed, looked at only a few houses, and I found just what I wanted. DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE! DON'T LET IT GO THAT FAR BEFORE YOU CALL A REALTOR!!
