     I was contacted by Christian Byer this week. He represents a firm called Envision Prefab. They specialize in green modular home construction. They are headquartered in Denver, CO, and they will soon be bringing their product here to Great Falls, MT. The best part is that their home designs are very affordable: around $100 / sq. ft. They are legitimate. They are affiliated with U.S. Green Building Council, CAPAC, Carbon Fund and a EPA: Green Power Partner.
