The media shows everyday how bad things can be and how bad they can get when it comes to the real estate market in the U.S. There are even real estate agents out there buying into the idea and perpetuating the rumor. I think it's an excuse not to work, because there are those among us who only want to play golf, drink wine, and wear a REALTOR pin on their shirt. Transparent Real Estate even backs up my earlier postulation of how the new crunch will separate the men from the boys in real estate. I think it will have two affects on mortgage lending. It will bring back more traditional lending practices, while at the same time drive even more creative lending practices.
