Great Falls Tribune should have a Real Estate Search Engine

In today's world of hyper-local and ultra-global and super convenience, the Great Falls Tribune should have a housing search engine tied to its website. There, they could have all the FSBOs listed. It would drive more internet traffic, more subscriptions, and maybe even get more people to list there homes in the paper. It would be another medium for advertising revenue. And if the paper kept to only houses in town and the surrounding areas, it wouldn't cause too much beef with the MLS. Of course, it's not like they can stop them. But keeping it local would really simplify the search engine, as well as make it attractive to anyone wanting to sell their home. Of course, the Tribune could recoup the cost by charging a fee to list on their site. Just a thought. And I think the guys at The Future of Real Estate Marketing would agree with me.

And all the Trib would have to do is contact us over at WebShoppeSolutions and I'm sure we could have it up and running for them in a little under 4 hours.

Our SearchMontana.org is taking a little longer than 4 hours, but with what we can do with search these days, a tiny little site like the Trib would be nothing more than a sack lunch and a cup of coffee.

I'll be in town again tomorrow, and I'll run it by them, personally.
