In case you were wondering.
We're all of four days from the primaries here in MT. And I'll just come out and say it: I'm supporting Mitt Romney. There, I said it. And I'll tell you why. Let's take John McCain, anyone who has his stance on immigration doesn't have a firm grasp on world history. No people on the planet are natives to where they live. We all all immigrants. We have the right to keep other people out of our country. It's kinda the idea. Let others in illegally, give them amnesty, health care, and labor rights??? What the hell am I paying my taxes for again? And Huckabee bothers me even more. Early on, he said some things about Romney being Mormon. And while I admire Huckabee for his religious zeal, I am also disgusted by it. In today's world of religious intolerance, to even suggest you might be a bigot is a mistake. Worse is to be a bigot itself. I would almost rather deal with a murderer than a bigot. People have suffered lifetimes of slavery, torture, and hardship all in the name of bigotry, and now, in the modern age, Huckabee continues to harbor emotions like that. <momentary gagging and puking>. But Romney is neither a bigot, nor stupid, nor insane. He's a smart and confident man who's probably put up with a lifetime of being asked how many wives he has. My vote is for Mitt Romney.

Well, I did it. I caucused for Mitt Romney tonight for precinct 18C. And he won. The vote was Romney: 15, Ron Paul: 8, John McCain: 7, and I think Huckabee had 1. So, Romney won Cascade county. We should soon see how he did in the state.

Yep -- I'm cheering for Mitt, too. McCain has said some dumb - and downright scary - things lately. He's better than Hillary, but not by much. Romney seems to have integrity and a good idea of how to run things.
